Napfa 5 stations was yesterday & God really blessed me.
I was considering whether to participate in napfa
because my knee was "injured" & i was not feeling well.
I made up my mind after school
& I'm really glad that I've decided to participate.
before napfa, i tried running in class & the moment i took my first step,
my knee already hurts like siao.
so i decided to "fail" my shuttle run & maybe also standing board jump.

Napfa began & our class girls went to the standing board jump first.
I was damn nervous then cause I'm afraid that I can't jump far
because of the impact that it would act on my knee.
Miraculously, God made it possible for me to jump
& i even got 155cm(which was good to me), a C i think.
Thank God man.
My leg didn't hurt at all when i landed.

Next was sit-up which was the station which i suck at.
In the past, if i can do 20-25 is already very good le.
But yest, i was able to do 30!
I was like O MY GOSH!
God really gave me the perseverance to continue on
even though i was like dying
& thus, i didn't give up.

After sit-up was sit & reach and then pull-up.
God really moved in me during the pull-up section.
I've tried during PE & i can only get 3 pull-ups,
furthermore, my hands will be "aching" then.
But, God moved & i did 17 pull-ups, which is an A!

Shuttle-run was the last station we went to.
The first time i ran, i got 19secs which was like SLOW!
Then God made a way for me.
We were allowed to run again & when i knew that it was so,
my knee suddenly allows me to run fast without hurting much!
It's damn cool larhs!
I tried running the 2nd time & i got 11.8secs.

THANK GOD MAN!!!!

I've never believe i could get these results but with God,
I'm able!
